Awesome staff, quick response!

the only good thing was the staff were nice when i arrived but that didn't make up for the problems i faced. the check-in process was bad and i felt really let down.

I had a good experience with clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast selection. The microwave and fridge in the room were super convenient for snacks! I would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was awesome with freshly made waffles, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance. 😞

Poor lighting in rooms!!! !!! Urine smell in carpet!!! Front desk staff should not pass guests off to others for simple requests!!!

The cleanliness of my room was commendable, creating a comfortable environment for my work-related tasks. I appreciated the business center that catered to my professional needs during my stay.

Some areas, particularly the hallway, had lingering odors that detracted from the overall experience.

I slept like a baby on the incredibly comfy king-size bed with fluffy pillows that felt like clouds! The indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring, and the breakfast spread was a real treat with hot waffles and delicious scrambled eggs.

I had a great time during my short visit. The room was spacious and clean, making for a cozy retreat after a long day. A specific highlight was the delicious breakfast, featuring fluffy waffles and a good variety of options. However, the breakfast area was a bit small, which made it crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast spread was better than a feast at a royal banquet! With waffles hot enough to launch a SpaceX rocket and fluffy scrambled eggs that had me wondering if they'd been whipped by angels, I couldn’t ask for a better start to my day. The staff was charming and attentive, providing service that felt like a friendly neighborhood diner.

during my recent stay, I was thrilled to discover that both Shoop Park and the Norfolk Botanical Garden were only a short drive away, allowing for easy and scenic walks through lush landscapes, perfect for a weekend traveler like myself.

During my stay, I appreciated the clean and spacious room alongside the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. The complimentary shuttle service was punctual and easy to arrange. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the lighting in the room was somewhat insufficient for reading. This hotel is great for families looking for comfort during their travels.
